Lediglich ein paar Wiederholungen mit wenig Gewicht oder ein bisschen Armkreisen und dann geht das schwere Training los. Das kannst du so machen, wenn du dir schnellst m\u00f6glich eine Verletzung zu ziehen m\u00f6chtest. Willst du das nicht, dann solltest du etwas Zeit investieren dich vor dem Training vern\u00fcnftig warm zu machen, denn es bringt einige Vorteile mit sich.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein gro\u00dfer Aspekt ist die Minimierung der Verletzungsgefahr. Durch ein ausgiebiges Erw\u00e4rmen bereitest du deine Muskeln, B\u00e4nder und Gelenke sowie dein Herz-Kreislauf-System auf die anstehende Belastung vor. Warum ist das so? Durch das Warmup steigerst du nicht nur die Atemfrequenz, sondern erh\u00f6hst deinen Puls, was zur Folge hat, dass dein Blut schneller durch den K\u00f6rper zirkuliert wird. Der Stress und die Gedanken eines langen Arbeitstages kannst du hinter dir lassen und mit klarem Kopf in das Training starten.<\/p>\n<p>Deine Warmup Routine sollte Bewegungen enthalten, die im Training vorkommen.
