Doch du hast dir fest vorgenommen ins Training zu gehen, weil du es die letzten Tage schon nicht \u201egeschafft\u201c hast. Du f\u00fchrst einen Kampf gegen dein schlechtes Gewissen, letztendlich \u00fcberwiegt die M\u00fcdigkeit und du \u201everschiebst\u201c die Sporteinheit auf morgen.<\/p><p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700 !important;\">Wer kennt solche Tage nicht? Das ist v\u00f6llig normal, denkst du dir?!<\/strong><\/p><p>Stell dir vor, du h\u00e4ttest es geschafft deinen inneren Schweinehund zu bezwingen und w\u00e4rst nicht nach Hause gegangen, sondern ins Training. Ich wette mit dir, wenn du danach auf der Couch liegen w\u00fcrdest, geht es dir wesentlich besser. Du hast kein schlechtes Gewissen, konntest den Stress abbauen und f\u00fchlst dich einfach nur gut! Wolltest besser aussehen? Du hast gesundheitliche Probleme, die du mit kontinuierlichem Training in den Griff bekommen k\u00f6nntest? Du willst unbedingt einen bestimmten Skill erlernen?<\/p><p>Ganz egal, was der Grund war, irgendetwas hat dich dazu bewegt, mit Calisthenics anzufangen. Das bedeutet, du hast ein Ziel, welches du erreichen willst. Genau das Ziel solltest du aufschreiben. Nehme jetzt ein Blatt Papier\u00a0und einen Stift zur Hand und notiere deine Ziele!\u00a0<strong style=\"font-weight: 700 !important;\">JETZT!<\/strong>\u00a0Halte es dir an Tagen vor Augen, wo du keine Lust auf Training hast und stelle dir die Frage: Habe ich heute schon etwas gemacht, um meinem Ziel ein Schritt n\u00e4her zu kommen?<\/p><p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700 !important;\">Glaub mir, du wirst ins Training gehen und du wirst abrei\u00dfen!<\/strong><\/p><p>Den Slogan\u00a0<strong style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u201eNo Excuses\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0kennt heut zu Tage jeder, nur die wenigsten machen sich Gedanken dar\u00fcber. Was sind Ausreden? Ausreden sind nur daf\u00fcr da, um sich vor seinem Handeln rechtfertigen zu k\u00f6nnen. Ein Au\u00dfenstehender interessiert sich null daf\u00fcr, warum du heute nicht ins Training gehen konntest. Entweder du trainierst f\u00fcr dich selbst oder du l\u00e4sst es bleiben, dann darfst du aber auch nicht herum jammern.<\/p><p>Niemand interessiert sich f\u00fcr deine Ausreden, Wehwehchen oder Entschuldigungen. Wenn ich mal keine Lust auf Training habe, dann denke ich nicht an das Training, sondern an die ganzen Jungs und M\u00e4dels, die ich im Park treffen werde. Menschen mit der gleichen Leidenschaft, wie ich sie habe.
