Calisthenics ist ein progressiver Kraftsport mit dem eigenen K\u00f6rpergewicht, bei dem die Ausf\u00fchrung der \u00dcbungen im Vordergrund stehen\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; deshalb der Name \u201edie sch\u00f6ne Kraft\u201c. Es gibt verschiedene Ans\u00e4tze, wie man Calisthenics betreibt. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Community definiert den Sport anhand der \u201eSkills\u201c, wie den Muscleup, den Handstand, die Human Flag und noch viele weitere dynamische und statische Elemente. Das bedeutet, das Training ist darauf ausgelegt, dass man am Ende des Tages eine neue F\u00e4higkeit erlernt und sein K\u00f6rper auf ein neues Level bringt.<\/p><p>Die Grundphilosophie ist der progressive Ansatz der \u00dcbungen. Man nimmt einen Skill und bricht diesen in einfachere \u00dcbungen herunter und arbeitet sich Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt an den Endskill heran. Das beste Beispiel daf\u00fcr ist der Muscleup. Man beginnt mit den Australian Pullups (Rudern) und arbeitet sich an den ersten Klimmzug heran. Hat man eine stabile Basis geschaffen, versucht man diesen so explosiv wie m\u00f6glich zu machen, damit\u00a0man in der Lage ist, die Zugbewegung so hoch auszuf\u00fchren, dass die Stange mindestens unterhalb der Brust ist. Der n\u00e4chste Schritt ist der Dip an der geraden Stange. Kombiniert man diese beiden \u00dcbungen hat man den ersten Muscleup \u201efreigeschalten\u201c. Dieses Prinzip kann man auf jeden Skill anwenden. Das Gef\u00fchl, wenn man Wochen, Monate lang auf einen Skill trainiert und dann in der Lage ist, den Skill zu bew\u00e4ltigen, ist unglaublich.\u00a0\u00a0Man ist ein Level weiter und kann den n\u00e4chsten Skill angreifen. So geht die Calisthenics \u2013 Reise durch die verschiedenen Skills und man hat immer eine gewisse Challenge, die man bew\u00e4ltigen muss. Daher auch die berechtigte Frage, was der Unterschied der beiden Sportarten ist. Freeletics ist wahrscheinlich die bekannteste Form des Bodyweight Trainings. Dabei geht es darum, dass man ein vorgegebenes Workout absolviert, bei dem die Zeit gestoppt wird. Die Grundphilosophie ist, dass man das Workout so schnell wie m\u00f6glich durchzieht und die Zeit von letzter Woche oder von seinem Buddy schl\u00e4gt. Das bedeutet der Fokus liegt nicht auf der \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung, sondern auf der Zeit und genau das ist der erste gro\u00dfe Unterschied zu Calisthenics! In meinen Augen ist das ein Problem, da viele, nicht alle \u201eFreeAthleten\u201c nur die Zeit im Auge haben und die \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung komplett vernachl\u00e4ssigen. Dadurch wird ein hohes Verletzungsrisiko in Kauf genommen. Zudem sind die Workouts oftmals zu Anspruchsvoll f\u00fcr Beginner!<\/p>\n<p>Der zweite Unterschied von Calisthenics zu Freeletics ist die Trainingsform. Wie oben schon angesprochen ist Calisthenics ein progressiver Kraftsport mit dem Ziel neue Skills zu erlernen, was gleichzeitig bedeutet st\u00e4rker zu werden. Dementsprechend sollte&nbsp;das Training aufgebaut sein. St\u00e4rker zu werden!!! Freeletics hingegen arbeitet in sehr hohen Wiederholungsbereichen und kurzen Pausenzeiten, was letztendlich HIIT ist, also Training f\u00fcr die Ausdauerkraft, manche nennen es Cardio, b\u00e4h Ekelhaft :D!<\/p>\n<p>Spa\u00df bei Seite, beide Sportarten haben nat\u00fcrliche ihre Berechtigung, jedoch sollte man bei Freeletics seinem K\u00f6rper einen gefallen machen, indem man weniger auf die Zeit, sondern mehr auf die \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung achtet!<\/p>\n<p><b>Bleibt verletzungsfrei<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>euer Flex<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Du interessierst dich f\u00fcr Calisthenics und w\u00fcrdest&nbsp;gerne damit beginnen, wei\u00dft aber nicht wie du starten sollst?
